I'm Marie. Let's get to work.

Marie Long is a Level 3 personal trainer in Ashford, specialising in boxing, strength and conditioning, and body confidence. Based at PureGym Ashford, she helps beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike train harder, move better and feel genuinely good in their own skin — serving Ashford, Kennington and Willesborough.

I know what you're thinking: who is she, and what can she actually offer me? Fair question. I'm a fitness professional with years of gym experience and just as much life experience — and I spend most of my week right here on the gym floor, so come and say hi.

I'm a bit of a gym junkie with a real passion for this, and I'm not interested in the tick-box version of personal training. My job is to shift your mindset, lift your wellbeing and make the whole thing feel like something you look forward to — not something you dread.

Do I need any gym experience to train with you?+
No, you don't need any gym experience. I build every session around your current level, so whether it's your first ever week or your fifth year of lifting, you'll always know exactly what to do — and why.
Where are you based?+
I train clients at PureGym Ashford, Unit A, Warren Retail Park, TN24 8XH — easy to reach from Ashford, Kennington and Willesborough. I'm on the floor most days, so feel free to come and say hi.
What kind of training do you do?+
I specialise in boxing, strength and conditioning, muscle tone and development, functional training and body confidence. I blend them into sessions that are hard work but genuinely good fun — you'll leave buzzing.
What happens at the free consultation?+
